Massive 2015/2016 Holiday Haul

Alas, my four month holiday is over and so is all my frivolous spending as I crossed most things off my wishlist. It didn't really occur to me how much I actually accumulated until I took a look at everything and went 'WOAH!' *laughs nervously* I guess a few of these were impulse buys but I kept seeing so many good deals, they were pulling me like a magnet from every direction! All the while, I tried to keep in mind getting things I needed more than ones I want and don't (really) need. For example, hardly any eyeshadows! For the entire four months, I acquired only one eyeshadow quad (which I now use on a daily basis).

Though most of these are mine, some are gifts and prizes I've received. Some items, I've given away to friends and family as well as sharing with my sisters.

September/November haul featured here

Mini Mac Haul from the Estee Lauder Event early December.

Package from Stephanie @  The Beauty Bucketeer. I absolutely love everything about the Becca Champagne highlighter and can't think of many others I'd want to use.

Another little prize from Thy @ Biscuits n Makeup

Boxing Day Sales

Shirts and jeans from Jay Jays , a Uniqlo graphic tee gifted from my cousin, Kikki K 'A Sentence a Day' journals and 2016 diary, Christmassy jewelry items from Lovisa and Bare Minerals powder and Mario Badescu Strawberry Scrub from Mecca Maxima

The Clarisonic Mia 2 'Faded Rose' - Another big boxing day item, I did think of getting this about a year ago but the bae convinced me to get it this time around. Got it for around 40% off the RRP. It's my biggest skincare investment so far and I find it well worth and plus it's made the biggest improvement to my skin than anything else I've tried. Big things from this. Review soon :)

I haven't been making many online purchases (from retailers outside Australia) because the Australian dollar ain't that big these days. I asked my aunt for some sunscreen and a solid japanese brown eyeshadow quad since I've used up my favourite shade in le Canmake quad. So happy when the one she chose was from Kate. These are some extra goodies she bought for my sisters and I to use. My sister's bento box is beyond adorable. She's currently in a kawaii food phase where she's cute-ifying breakfasts and using cookie cutters for fruit ...

Skincare Haul from The Body Shop and Priceline, products I'd say I legitimately needed
٩(°ᴗ°. Most of these I've used before, the L'Oreal gentle eye makeup remover and Motagne Jeunesse Green Tea Peel being the newbie products.

Bought these two fragrances at awesome prices. The Daisy 100ml was $60 at Priceline. yes!

DFO Brisbane Airport Haul, you can kind of tell I'm really feeling the greys hey? shorts and criss cross singlet from Cotton On, sweater and cardigan from Bonds, tattoos and floral headband from Factorie and last but definitely not least, Lindt chocolate mmmm.......

Forever New items from the Sales and Outlet sections. Feeling myself conform to the popular black and white trend...... I actually remember admiring the dress on the left in stores a few months ago so when I saw it was $100 reduced to $45 , I put it straight into my cart muahaha °)

Astronomical canvas bag and (yet another) grey sweater from H&M's shopping night

Visited a quieter Priceline store in the city where they often have more stock than others. Scored these two Nude By Nature sets at $10 for the Beauty Barrel and $25 for the Complexion Icons set because they were discontinued. So glad I asked :') Time to try out mineral foundation~

Latest and hopefully last haul for a while, Riots Arts and Craft had a 50% off storewide sale so I bought me some brushes to use for watercolouring and ZIG's version of the Aquash brush (which has been on my wishlist for around 4 years now...) Other items from Wcosmetics 50% off sale section and Priceline. The notebook was a little gift from le bae, the wooden covers make it pretty cool.

So that's that for my Holiday Haul. My focus was more on expanding my wardrobe and investing in some good skincare for 2016   ◕ and I'm happy I achieved that for myself and satisfied enough retail therapy to last me a while.#spendingban.

I'd love to hear about some of your favourite items over the holidays !

Take care

I never tried any products from your haul but some of them have been on my wishlist for ages too ;-; I really wanted to get the Clarisonic Mia 2 too but I was a little worried that the brush might be too harsh for daily usage, I'm excited for your review! Also, what do you think of the Real Techniques brushes and also the tea tree oil line from TheBodyShop? I've been interested in these for ages too~! c:
